This is an awesome, easy, delicious protein source. Baking the chicken in a foil pouch makes for moist, juicy chicken. My hubby takes this to work for lunch and he says that all of his friends are jealous because it smells so good. Wouldn’t they be surprised to learn that it only has 2 ingredients!!
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tb. fat-free BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into large chunks. Line pan with tin foil. Combine chicken with BBQ sauce inside of tinfoil, then close tin foil over it to make a pouch. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (Try not to overcook, or chicken will dry out.)
