Banana Sandwich

I don’t have a whole lot to say about this one, other than YUM. Oh, and be warned that this sucker is intense! You might want to save it until you have a dairy serving to spare for a glass of milk! 🙂


  • 1 whole wheat English muffin
  • 2 Tb. peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana

Slice banana. Toast English muffin, and spread peanut butter on both sides. Then layer banana slices on one half of muffin and top with the other half.

P90x Nutrition Plan Servings:

Full recipe is 1/2 carb serving, 1/2 fruit serving, and 1 snack serving.

P.S. If you don’t have a carb serving to spare, try just slicing your banana and then smearing each slice with the peanut butter. This would make a yummy snack!
