Baked Tortilla Chips

Sometimes, it’s worth using your precious P90x carb serving on something that feels like a real snack!! Enter these super easy baked tortilla chips! Quick, easy, healthy, and yummy – what more can a P90xer ask?

Ingredients:

  • 3 corn tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons salsa

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 3 corn tortillas into pieces, arrange on baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray, then sprinkle with salt. Flip them over and do the same on the other side. Bake for approx. 5 minutes, or until they’ve started to brown slightly. Watch them carefully at the end – they burn easily. Serve with 2 Tb. of your favorite salsa.
