Wondering what counts for your P90x protein serving? Here’s a list!

Here’s a handy list of foods that will provide ONE P90x protein serving:

  • Egg whites – 6
  • Ground beef, extra lean – 3 oz.
  • Ground turkey – 3 oz.
  • Ground chicken – 3 oz.
  • Turkey bacon – 3 slices
  • Pork, lean – 3 oz.

  • Turkey breast – 3 oz.
  • Steak, lean – 3 oz.
  • Salmon – 3 oz.
  • Turkey sausage/kielbasa – 2 oz.
  • Protein powder – varies depending on your powder’s stats
  • Turkey pepperoni – 1 oz.
  • Tofu – 3 oz.
  • Ham, low-fat – 3 oz.
  • Turkey ham – 3 oz.

Please note that meat servings are measured RAW, BEFORE the meat is cooked.
