Not all celebrities work with personal trainers to get fit – some do it at home! It turns out that, among other things, Chris Pratt turned himself into leading-man material using P90x!
Chis Pratt’s Diet:
Chris Pratt’s diet was remarkably close to the P90x nutrition plan (shocker! 😉 Healthy eating is healthy eating). He ate a ton of clean protein (eggs, chicken breast, fish, steak), with limited carbs (vegetables, brown rice, steel cut oatmeal, berries), and threw in a dash of fat (grass fed butter, avocado, coconut oil, and nuts).
