Do you have a tasty P90x recipe that I should feature on this site? Make it, take a pretty picture of it, and send it to me at cjsplace321 at gmail dot com – I’ll post it and give you credit! Recipes with photos are 10x more likely to get posted because they don’t require me to buy ingredients, cook, and take pictures myself.
(I am LAZY!)

Do you have comments or questions about a specific recipe? Be sure to comment on the recipe itself.

Questions about P90x – nutrition, exercises, etc.? Ask your question on my P90x FAQ page in the comments section. I would prefer to answer your question in comments rather than in email, because then your question and my answer add to the body of knowledge on the site, and other people can learn from our exchange! Another bonus is that you are more likely to get a quick answer – emails are a chore for me, whereas I get very excited about comments on the site and I try to answer them all in a timely fashion. =)

Assessing Your Personal Meal Plan
So multiple times a day I get emails from folks who list exactly what they are planning to eat for each meal and ask me if that’s the right number of calories. I’m so sorry guys, but while I’d love to help each of you with your specific meal plans for free, I just can’t handle the volume. I work from home, and this site is basically a hobby. My hubby suggested that instead of turning people down flat (which is what I have been doing), instead I should just ask for a donation that would make it worth my time. So if you’d like me to analyze your personal meal plan, you can donate $20 using the button on the right side of the page, and I will take the time to assess your specific plan of attack! Sorry, I wish it wasn’t necessary, but since the alternative is just saying “no,” I figure this at least gives you an option.

Other comments? Suggestions for changes to the site? Drop me a line!
(But remember, I am LAZY!!!) – CJ =)

I enjoyed the preview of your book. P90X was the 1st BB program I purchased and was not at all ready for it. The food was a big issue, getting it the right amounts and quantity for such an intense workout. I have your book in my wish list when I am ready to get back up on that P90X kick. Have you gone for P90X2 and P90X3? P90X3 I do enjoy better. Shorter workouts but still with intensity.

HEY CJ I THINK YOUR WEBSITE IS VERY — USEFULL TO THOSE OF US THAT ARE TRYING TO GET STARTED AND MAINTAIN A DIET THAT IS NECCASSARY TO HELP MAXIMIZE THE GOAL THAT WE’RE TRYING TO ACHEIVE. YOUR MEALS ARE SO HEALTHY BUT DONT TASTE LIKE HEALTHY FOOD THAT BIGS BOYS LIKE ME WILL EAT…..;)

Thanks so much, RC! I know what you mean – my hubby is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so I had to figure out how to make it work for him. So glad that they are working for you too!! – CJ =)

    Hi CJ…
I was wondering if you are a BeachBody Coach? I was thinking about being one. I am willing to pay for the start-up, but I don’t want to pay the $14.95/month.
My main reason, besides getting discount on products, is because I want to start a “Live Fit Club” here in my town. Do I have to be a coach to be able to do this?

So many questions, so little time.

Hey Geri! No, I am not a Beachbody coach. I’m actually not even officially a P90xer! How’s that for irony? I just have acquired a lot of expertise in P90x nutrition over the last 2 years. I started this blog as I was managing the nutrition side of P90x for my hubby as he went through the program, and since then I’ve kept up with it because I enjoy helping people. I remember what a tough learning curve it was for us, and it’s really gratifying helping ease the way for other folks like us. =)

I’ve decided not to become a coach because I prefer to be an objective resource. I feel like some folks might question my motives and information if they felt that I was selling P90x or Beachbody products.
