Do you have a tasty P90x recipe that I should feature on this site? Make it, take a pretty picture of it, and send it to me at cjsplace321 at gmail dot com – I’ll post it and give you credit! Recipes with photos are 10x more likely to get posted because they don’t require me to buy ingredients, cook, and take pictures myself.
(I am LAZY!)
Do you have comments or questions about a specific recipe? Be sure to comment on the recipe itself.
Questions about P90x – nutrition, exercises, etc.? Ask your question on my P90x FAQ page in the comments section. I would prefer to answer your question in comments rather than in email, because then your question and my answer add to the body of knowledge on the site, and other people can learn from our exchange! Another bonus is that you are more likely to get a quick answer – emails are a chore for me, whereas I get very excited about comments on the site and I try to answer them all in a timely fashion. =)
Assessing Your Personal Meal Plan
So multiple times a day I get emails from folks who list exactly what they are planning to eat for each meal and ask me if that’s the right number of calories. I’m so sorry guys, but while I’d love to help each of you with your specific meal plans for free, I just can’t handle the volume. I work from home, and this site is basically a hobby. My hubby suggested that instead of turning people down flat (which is what I have been doing), instead I should just ask for a donation that would make it worth my time. So if you’d like me to analyze your personal meal plan, you can donate $20 using the button on the right side of the page, and I will take the time to assess your specific plan of attack! Sorry, I wish it wasn’t necessary, but since the alternative is just saying “no,” I figure this at least gives you an option.
Other comments? Suggestions for changes to the site? Drop me a line!

Hi CJ…
I was wondering if you are a BeachBody Coach? I was thinking about being one. I am willing to pay for the start-up, but I don’t want to pay the $14.95/month.
My main reason, besides getting discount on products, is because I want to start a “Live Fit Club” here in my town. Do I have to be a coach to be able to do this?
So many questions, so little time.
